Mix well and store in airtight container in cool, dry place.
To make add 2 Tbsp mix to 4 1/2 tsp of butter and 3/4 cup water. Cook on medium heat until it simmers for about two minutes and is thickened. Other seasonings of choice can be added with the water and butter.

To make, add dry mix to 1 cup buttermilk and 1 cup mayonnaise. Whisk together and let sit in the fridge overnight.
